Faria always wants to become a doctor, during her studying medical at Grant Medical College in Mumbai, when she was 23 year, get participated in Miss Bombay contest as a joke but she did not know that she has been selected by this contest to write a history and she won that pageant. Besides this crown she also renowned for 5000 cash rewards.
She walked on the ramp for the Miss World pageant. Besides her, there were 66 contestants in that year who took participated in this competition which was held in Lyceum Ballroom, London.
But for winning this contest she not got any professional trained. She had not any designer wardrobe and none of any Passport.
Her mother bought her some items of clothing, and she borrowed most of the things. If we talk about the bathing suit that belonged to actor Persis Khambatta.
She keeps a suitcase with some selected clothes, 3 pounds in her purse, a small makeup kit along with her. Faria moved towards London but she realized that she is like an outsider and the competitions were very tough because her competitors are full of glamor and each had a professional designer and wardrobes with her.
